Hesperia is building Western Australia for the future.

We are specialists in creating and managing sustainable projects and systems that solve pressing environmental, social, and economic problems. There is no ‘typical’ Hesperia project, though each venture is ambitious in aspiration, intelligent in design, and value-adding in outcome.

We use our resources – our business, investments, expertise, and imagination – to transform landscapes for the better, maximising positive impact and leaving an enduring, meaningful legacy we can all be proud of.

B Corporation declaration of interdependence

We envision a global economy that uses business as a force for good, purpose-driven, and creates benefits for all stakeholders.

We’re proud to hold a B Corp certification. And as a B Corp and a leader in this emerging economy, we believe:

  • That we must be the change we seek in the world.
  • That all business ought to be conducted as if people and place mattered.
  • That, through their products, practices, and profits, businesses should aspire to do no harm and benefit all.
  • To do so requires that we act with the understanding that we are each dependent upon one another and thus responsible for each other and future generations.

Reconciliation Action Plan

We believe companies who can do more, should.

There is a strong feeling within our organisation that, as people who work directly on Country, we have a responsibility to commit to Reconciliation meaningfully. As a relatively new organisation, it’s important for us to build these relationships as we begin our business journey, and the Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) will provide a pathway to ensure impact and sustainability as we lay these foundations.

Enpowered

Leading the charge for renewable energy in Western Australia.

Founded in 2022, Enpowered delivers renewable electricity networks to Western Australian commercial properties. We supply residents and businesses with 100% renewable energy from on-site solar and batteries, as well as from wind and solar farms. For those connected directly to the traditional electricity network, we offer services that maximise renewable energy consumption.

Noteable recent developments include Hesperia’s Murdoch Square, with the installation of a 100kW solar PV system, powering Towers A, B & C with 100% renewable energy.
